The Marathon Group is a creative firm and previous employer that was in desperate need of a new site to meet some new clients. The art direction for the site was to focus not on the tricks and fancy processes every firm professes to have, but to focus on the great people that clients would like to hire and love to work with.
Bayada Nurses
This site was developed for the national nursing care company, Bayada Nurses as part of an surge to beef up staff. Bayada came to me looking for a microsite to engage prospective employees past the initial step of discovering an open position on a career search engine.

This client came to the table with a site that had been added to and altered over almost a decade. The original site was completely dismantled, then systematically reassembled. The key to sucessfully delivering this client's needs were focused on trimming the fat from the original site and redesigning the look and feel to sync perfectly with existing offline marketing and promotional materials.
Carol B. Saylor
Carol B. Saylor is a painter who gradually turned to sculpture during about 25 years of progressive deafness and blindness. Carol's site presented a new client challenge for me because of her blindness; however her vision of what the site should be helped me to shape a clear graphic representation of her amazing body of work.
